Job summary

RIMOWA Sydney is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience while achieving store sales objectives. You will build strong client relationships, provide expert product knowledge and personalised advice, and maintain the store’s presentation to reflect the brand’s prestige.

You will contribute to sales initiatives, engage in clienteling, support daily operations, and act as a brand ambassador, upholding RIMOWA’s values across every client interaction.

Qualifications

• Education & Professional Qualifications: Secondary education or above.
• Work Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in retail or customer-facing environment; luxury retail preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets through client service and product knowledge.
• Identify client needs and maximise sales through personalised recommendations and clienteling.
• Contribute to store performance and sales initiatives as a team.
• Deliver warm, personalised client experiences aligned with luxury positioning.
• Develop client relationships through proactive engagement and follow-up; private appointments welcome.
