• Identify client needs and provide personalised recommendations and clienteling.
• Maintain exceptional store presentation and support daily store operations.
• Deliver a warm, personalised client experience aligned with RIMOWA’s luxury positioning.
• Build long-term client relationships and participate in events to drive engagement.
