Blancpain is opening its first Australian Retail Boutique in Sydney in November 2026, creating an exciting opportunity to join the team from the very beginning and help establish the brand’s presence in the Australian market.

As a full time Client Advisor, you will be a true ambassador for Blancpain, bringing the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship and passion for watchmaking to life for every client, delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' retail experience in luxury settings.
• Proven customer service and client relationship skills.
• Passion for luxury, craftsmanship and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service using the Blancpain sales ceremony.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client and VIP relationships.
• Develop and maintain an accurate client database.
• Drive sales conversion, client retention and repeat business.
• Maintain boutique presentation, housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.
• Organise and manage back-up stock, packaging and boutique materials.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reporting.

Blancpain will open its first Australian Retail Boutique in Sydney in November 2026, creating an exciting opportunity to join the team from the very beginning and play a key role in establishing the brand’s presence in the Australian market.

As a full time Client Advisor, you will be a true ambassador for Blancpain, bringing the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship and passion for watchmaking to life for every client. You will create exceptional experiences, develop meaningful long-term relationships and contribute to the success of this landmark boutique.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service using the Blancpain sales ceremony
• Support the team in achieving sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client and VIP relationships
• Develop and maintain an accurate client database
• Drive sales conversion, client retention and repeat business
• Maintain strong Blancpain brand and product knowledge
• Complete daily stock counts and stock processing accurately
• Maintain boutique presentation, housekeeping and visual merchandising standards
• Organise and manage back‑up stock, packaging and boutique materials
• Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reporting
• Attend training and continuously develop product knowledge
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing boutique team

Skills & Experience

You are naturally curious, client-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. You understand that luxury is about more than the product — it is about creating a memorable experience and building relationships that last.

• A minimum of 2 years’ retail experience, preferably within the luxury sector
• Proven customer service and client relationship management skills
• A genuine passion for luxury, craftsmanship and exceptional service
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer literacy and CRM experience
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
• A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
• Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
• An eye for visual merchandising and boutique presentation
• Luxury watch industry knowledge and experience will be highly regarded
