Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Appliances is seeking a Design Engagement Lead to join our Marketing team in Sydney. You will lead the regional Design Development Managers and Experience Centre staff, ensuring the design engagement strategy is executed across the region and reflected in every client interaction.

You will manage the Alexandria Experience Centre, plan events with global and local teams, and maintain high presentation standards while building long-term SDA relationships and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Experience in managing high-value client relationships in luxury or design-adjacent environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the regional Design Development Managers and Experience Centre staff to deliver design engagement strategy.
• Maintain Experience Centre presentation standards and plan events calendar (SDA events, activations, trainings, commercial events).
• Manage a portfolio of tier 1 SDA relationships and drive brand engagement and specification outcomes.
