Job summary

Christian Dior Couture in Sydney is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the Brand, deliver an exceptional client experience, and meet boutique objectives. You will engage with clients, present product stories, and drive sales across all categories, while building lasting relationships.

The role requires 1-3 years in luxury retail, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education or above.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience within the retail industry; luxury experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and Boutique objectives.
• Provide excellent client service and build strong client loyalty.
• Advise clients across product categories and cross-sell to maximise sales.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising in line with Dior guidelines.
• Arrange private appointments for key clients and manage after-sales inquiries.
