Qualifications

• Diploma or university graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing.
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience, with at least 6 years in a managerial role within luxury retail.
• Target-oriented with a strong client focus and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee boutique operations to meet and exceed business objectives.
• Drive sales performance, develop a clear boutique vision, and translate it into team goals.
• Lead client development initiatives and events, ensuring high client engagement.
• Monitor stock levels, manage selling space, and maintain Dior standards.
• Provide direction, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
