The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail leadership, strong communication, and a track record of coaching teams to meet KPIs, with a passion for guest-first service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar retail role.
• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player with ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to analyse KPIs and report figures.

Responsibilities
