L’Occitane en Provence is seeking an experienced Full-Time Boutique Manager for our Claremont Boutique in Australia. Lead daily operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver an elevated guest experience in a luxury beauty brand environment.

Responsibilities include managing service levels, visual merchandising, stock control and weekly reporting, while coaching staff to hit KPIs and sales targets. Join a brand committed to sustainability and inclusive culture.

Competenze

• 1-2 years in a similar retail role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent team collaboration and motivational ability
• Understanding of KPIs and ability to analyse and report figures
