Job summary

L'Occitane Australia Pty is seeking a dedicated Boutique Manager to lead the Miranda Boutique's daily operations and deliver an elevated guest experience. You will guide a high-performing team, drive sales, and uphold brand standards to ensure a seamless, guest-first environment.

With 1–2 years in retail and leadership experience, you will coach staff, manage stock and visual merchandising, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar retail role.
• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong team player with ability to motivate and inspire.
• Understanding of KPI analysis and reporting.
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations.
• Ensure the highest level of service to guests, measured against set objectives.
• Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, guest-first experience.
• Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines.
• Administrative responsibility for weekly boutique reporting.
• Lead and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
