L’Occitane en Provence in Carousel Boutique is looking for a skilled Boutique Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performing team and deliver an elevated guest experience.

With 1–2 years in retail leadership, you will drive sales targets, uphold brand standards, manage stock and weekly reporting, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business.
• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures.
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential.
