Qualificações

• Minimum 1–2 years in a similar retail role.
• Experience in assistant manager or similar management role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team and analyse KPI figures.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all boutique operations and ensure high service standards.
• Drive sales targets and KPI performance through coaching and coaching the team.
• Lead visual merchandising and stock management in line with guidelines.
• Prepare weekly boutique reporting and support a collaborative culture.
