Job summary

Ardour Milton Park Bowral is seeking a Bar Manager to lead daily operations of the bar and support premium guest experiences. You will work with the Restaurant Manager and F&B leadership to maintain high standards and unforgettable hospitality at this flagship property.

You will curate beverage offerings, mentor staff, build guest relationships, and ensure compliance with RSA and safety guidelines while controlling stock and costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar/beverage management in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine.
• Leadership with focus on team development and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Curate premium beverage offerings and signature cocktails.
• Recruit, train and mentor bar staff for exceptional service.
• Build relationships with guests and locals to promote return visits.
• Ensure RSA, health & safety compliance and internal policies.
• Oversee stock control, supplier relations and cost management.
