Qualifications

• Experience in serving drinks or luxury guest service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and serve welcome drinks at the Living Room (reception area) for arriving guests following quality standards.
• Ensure glasses are clean, polished, and neatly arranged on the welcome scene table; collect used glasses and refresh them.
• Maintain a tidy, organized welcome scene table.
• Replenish the welcome drinks and water station at the Living Room as needed.
• Greet and engage with every guest with warmth, addressing their needs professionally and promptly for a positive service experience.
• Conduct weekly inventory of drinks and glassware.
• Assist the Wheels (Porter/Valet) team with luggage handling, room drops, and other reasonable requests.
• Bring our Whatever/Whenever brand culture to life with every guest interaction.
