W Melbourne is seeking a part-time Guest Service professional to welcome guests at the Living Room, serve drinks, and maintain a polished service station. You will engage guests warmly, refresh glassware, and assist with luggage and room drops as needed.

Experience in serving drinks or luxury guest service is highly desirable; full availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required. Join us in Melbourne's CBD and be part of the Whatever/Whenever culture at a World-class property.

Responsabilités

• Set up and serve welcome drinks at the Living Room for arriving guests following our service standards.
• Maintain a tidy welcome scene table and ensure glasses are polished and replenished.

• Conduct weekly inventory of drinks and glassware.
• Assist Wheels (Porter/Valet) team with luggage handling and room drops.

• Set up and serve welcome drinks at the Living Room (reception area) for arriving guests following our quality and W Service standards.
• Ensure coups and wine glasses are clean, polished, and neatly arranged on the welcome scene table; collect used glasses and refresh them.
• Maintain a tidy, organized welcome scene table.
• Replenish the welcome drinks and water station at the Living Room as needed.
• Greet and engage with every guest with warmth, addressing their needs professionally and promptly for a positive service experience.
• Conduct weekly inventory of drinks and glassware.
• Assist the Wheels (Porter/Valet) team with luggage handling, room drops, and other reasonable requests.
• Bring our Whatever/Whenever brand culture to life with every guest interaction.
