W Melbourne is seeking a part-time Guest Service professional to welcome guests at the Living Room, serve drinks, and maintain a polished service station. You will engage guests warmly, refresh glassware, and assist with luggage and room drops as needed.
Experience in serving drinks or luxury guest service is highly desirable; full availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required. Join us in Melbourne's CBD and be part of the Whatever/Whenever culture at a World-class property.

- Maintain a tidy welcome scene table and ensure glasses are polished and replenished.

- Conduct weekly inventory of drinks and glassware.
- Assist Wheels (Porter/Valet) team with luggage handling and room drops.
- Bring the Whatever/Whenever culture to life with every guest interaction.
