Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist with check-in and waiting room flow.
• Maintain a calm, professional front desk presence.

• Book consultations and procedures accurately.
• Explain fees, deposits and appointment policies clearly.
• Manage payments, invoicing and daily reconciliation.
• Coordinate communication between patients and doctors.
