Delaware North Australia & New Zealand is hiring a casual Lucky North Representative at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. You will develop professional relationships with Lucky North Club members and support guest experiences on a tropical resort campus.

Responsibilities include engaging guests, promoting club benefits and events, executing promotions, and handling payout tasks across gaming platforms.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gambling certificates, and a casino operative licence or be willing to obtain one.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills are essential.
• Able to motivate and train a team and handle a 7-day roster including nights and weekends.

As a Lucky North Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with Lucky North Club members. What will you do?

• Assist with guest requests and resolve issues that may arise
• Communicate and promote the Lucky North Club brand to members and guests including member privileges, promotions, and events
• Run and execute a variety of promotions
• Organise payouts for winnings on various gaming platforms

More About You

• Ability to work within a team environment
• Must be comfortable talking to guests
• Confident making announcements using a microphone
• Ability to train and motivate a team
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate, and Casino Operative’s Licence
• NT Casino Operative Licence or wiling to obtain if successful
• Able to work across a 7-day roster including working nights, weekends and public holidays
• Available to work up to 76 hours per fortnight
