Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a casual Security Officer to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. You will monitor areas of the Casino and Hotel complex, ensuring excellent guest experiences and providing great guest service.

The role requires a NT Security/Crowd Control License or willingness to obtain, First Aid and CPR certificates, and at least 2 years of security experience. You must be available to work a 7-day roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Must hold Security License / Crowd Control License issued by the NT Government.
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR, RSA and RSG.
• NT Casino Operative’s License or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years experience working as a security officer.
• Able to work across a 7-day roster including nightshift, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Preparing reports regarding security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences
• Completing all tasks in line with Federal and Territory legislation
• Reporting and preventing the entry of any unauthorised guests
• When required, providing First Aid assistance

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a casual Security Officer to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. As a Security Officer, you will be monitoring areas of the Casino and Hotel complex, ensuring excellent guest experiences and providing great guest service.
