Job summary

Delaware North Australia is seeking a casual Kitchen Steward to join Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. You will maintain cleanliness across all food and beverage areas, set up and clear buffets and functions, and assist with service.

Successful candidates will have prior kitchen experience, a Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain), knowledge of HACCP and WH&S standards, and flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Kitchen Steward to join their team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness across all food and beverage production areas and outlets. The Kitchen Steward will also ensure that all buffets and functions are set up and cleared efficiently, while adhering to high standards of cleanliness for kitchen equipment and utensils.
