Job summary

DOOLEYS Clubs in Lidcombe is seeking a Loyalty Host to deliver exceptional member service and build lasting relationships. You will engage with diverse members, spot needs, and promote club offerings in a fast-paced environment.

This permanent, full-time role offers on-site parking, meal allowance, generous leave loading, and development opportunities. RSA and RCG certifications are required, with shifts including afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Extensive customer service experience, preferably within a club, hospitality, gaming or membership environment.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating a team.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with members and customers.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to proactively engage with members.
• Experience managing difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong sales, promotional and member engagement skills.
• Proficiency in either Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese or Korean (highly desirable).
• Current RSA and RCG certifications.
• Flexibility to work a variety of rostered shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
