Responsibilities

• Provide in-office support to trading teams using proprietary trading systems.
• Troubleshoot critical issues with Development, Trading, and Infrastructure teams.
• Own the release process for upgrades to core trading software.
• Configure and manage production trading applications across desktop and server environments.
• Automate workflows and eliminate manual overhead using standard tools.
• Scale monitoring tools to improve live environment visibility.
• Master proprietary architecture and adapt to ongoing updates in trading ecosystem.
