Job summary

Lumi is seeking a skilled professional to drive recovery outcomes in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will negotiate payment arrangements, contact customers via multiple channels, and meticulously maintain payment records to maximise recoveries.

Your work supports our growth while upholding customer respect and compliance. Key responsibilities include skip tracing, liaising with legal teams, and coordinating with field services to progress accounts toward resolution.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and a team player.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Ability to work well with other people and build good relationships.

• Negotiate payments and payment arrangements for Loss Recovery/Corporate Write off accounts.
• Contacting customers – via telephone, emails & SMS.
• Maintaining customer payment records.
• Skip tracing & utilising skip tools to locate customers.
• Liaising with internal & external legal teams to manage the legal collections process.
• Liaising with third-party field call service to proactively seek outcome on accounts.

About the Role

THE ROLE

• Negotiate payments and payment arrangements for Loss Recovery/Corporate Write off accounts
• Contacting customers – via telephone, emails & SMS
• Maintaining customer payment records
• Skip tracing & utilising skip tools to locate customers
• Liaising with our internal & external legal earn to manage the legal collections process
• Liaising with our third-party field call service to proactively seek outcome on accounts
• Complete ad hoc tasks as required
