Job summary

TJX Australia is seeking a Loss Prevention Investigator – Internal Investigations to identify, investigate and resolve internal theft and fraud affecting stores and supply chain. You will conduct ethical, evidence-based investigations using BEBR outputs, CCTV, and interviews, and prepare high-quality case files.

Work with Store Operations, HR, and LP leadership to ensure fair, compliant processes, maintain confidentiality, and support recovery and prevention efforts while upholding the company’s

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Loss Prevention practices and investigative techniques.
• Skilled in conducting interviews and fact-finding analysis.
• Proficient with surveillance tools and technology.
• Experience in Loss Prevention investigations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal investigations with HR focusing on wellbeing and compliance.
• Perform timely interviews with associates and witnesses.
• Maintain evidence storage, chain of custody, and case files.
• Utilize CCTV and BEBR data to support findings.
• Provide investigative updates to supervisors and stakeholders.
