Job summary

TJX Australia (TK Maxx) is seeking a Loss Prevention Investigator to lead investigations from start to finish, using reports, surveillance, and interviews. You’ll work with supervisors, HR, and LP teams across regions to communicate strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of loss prevention practices and investigative techniques.
• Skilled in conducting interviews and fact-finding analysis.
• Experience using surveillance tools and technology.
• Experience in Loss Prevention investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage investigations through to final resolution.
• Collaborate with federal, state and local law enforcement where applicable.
• Promote company values such as customer service, diversity, safety and legal compliance.
• Support Loss Prevention training and provide coaching to team members.
• Contribute to shrink reduction programs and assist with special projects.
