Job summary

Splend in Australia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers across Australia and the United Kingdom. This phone-based role is based in our London office and supports our teams by resolving queries promptly and accurately.

You'll manage customer interactions, log communications in Zoho CRM, and strive to build lasting relationships while meeting personal and team targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving and upbeat attitude.
• Tech-savvy; quick to learn Zoho and similar systems.
• Willing to work weekends.
• Zoho experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions and resolve queries and complaints.
• Log all communications in Zoho CRM and keep records updated.
• Proactively manage vehicle servicing times with customers.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile.
• Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Follow compliance and provide accurate verbal and written responses.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Be a team player and add value daily.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
