Job summary

Whizdom in Parramatta, NSW is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support across multiple channels. You will assist with enquiries, document interactions, and help resolve issues while upholding privacy and data integrity.

The role requires 2–3 years of customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication, and solid computer skills including Outlook/Teams. A 7am–7pm rotating roster applies, with a 35-hour week and a start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Office environment experience preferred but not required.
