Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles and warehouse management best practices.
• Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping processes.
• Develop and implement optimized warehouse layouts and material handling systems.
