Job summary

Workforce Success on the Gold Coast is seeking a Logistics/Warehouse Administrator to support a busy manufacturing and warehouse team. You will help organise orders, stock and freight, ensuring smooth daily movement in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a full-time, long-term opportunity with salary up to AUD 70K plus super, a stable manufacturing setting and a varied workload across logistics and administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or warehouse administration required.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare orders for picking.
• Print and check order paperwork.
• Organise freight bookings and quotes.
• Check freight costs and ensure information is accurate.
• Prioritise orders based on deadlines and freight requirements.
• Assist with stock organisation and freight staging.
• Help with truck loading when required.
• Prepare labels and paperwork.
• Follow up on orders and delivery timeframes.
• Assist with returned goods and stock checks.
• Communicate stock requirements with other branches.
• Support sales and warehouse teams with orders and product preparation.
• Enter information into ERP/CRM systems.
• General administration and day-to-day logistics tasks.
