Job summary

eStore Logistics is a market-leading eCommerce and omni-channel 3PL with eight fulfilment centres across Australia. We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to direct and coordinate site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will onboard and train team members, manage daily tasks, coordinate workflows, handle inventory issues, and mentor staff to deliver excellent service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to train and onboard new team.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of WMS and pick technologies.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Cost control awareness.
• Customer service mindset in a 3PL context.
• Understanding of KPI concepts for managing a business unit.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train team members in eStore's standards and methods.
• Execute daily tasks in your allocated area.
• Coordinate work assignments and workflows.
• Provide first level escalation and resolutions of inventory issues.
• Manage time and attendance for the team.
• Oversee inventory management including counts and storage.
• Ensure daily reporting and accountability of working areas.
• Respond to customer queries diligently and respectfully.
• Provide guidance and mentor a team to collaborate and win as a team.
