Job summary

Boral Asphalt in Brisbane (Eagle Farm/Whinstanes) is seeking a motivated Logistics Support Officer to provide high quality administrative services to the QLD/WA Asphalt Logistics team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on processing, maintaining, and reporting heavy vehicle data, supporting regulatory and compliance obligations under Heavy Vehicle National Law across company and contractor fleets.

• Experience in logistics, transport, fleet, operations or a similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Confident communication and ability to build effective working relationships.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to identify and improve processes.

Job description

We are actively seeking a motivated Logistics Support Officer to provide high quality and timely administrative services to the Boral QLD/WA Asphalt Logistics team.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Eagle Farm/ Whinstanes, reporting to the Logistics and Allocations Manager. This role is primarily responsible for processing, maintaining, and reporting heavy vehicle company and contractor, vehicle, and driver data. As an integral member of the division, the role supports Boral's regulatory and compliance obligations in accordance with the Heavy Vehicle National Law, ensuring accurate records are maintained across both company-operated and contractor-managed fleet operations.

Your day will involve:
