Boral Asphalt in Brisbane (Eagle Farm/Whinstanes) is seeking a motivated Logistics Support Officer to provide high quality administrative services to the QLD/WA Asphalt Logistics team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on processing, maintaining, and reporting heavy vehicle data, supporting regulatory and compliance obligations under Heavy Vehicle National Law across company and contractor fleets.

You will coordinate onboarding, licences, insurances, inductions, and compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transport, fleet, operations or a similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Confident communication and ability to build effective working relationships.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to identify and improve processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating contractor, driver and vehicle onboarding requirements.
• Managing licences, insurances, inductions and compliance documentation.
• Maintaining accurate records across fleet and contractor management systems.
• Supporting heavy vehicle compliance and transport safety requirements.
• Coordinating medicals, accreditation renewals and compliance activities.
• Assisting with reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaising with contractors, drivers and operational teams to resolve enquiries and maintain compliance.
• Contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our Asphalt Logistics function.
