Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Logistics Planner (Allocator) to join our Brisbane-based Customer Service Centre. Train to become a logistics allocator, delivering high levels of customer service while learning our logistics network. Shifts are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, with occasional 4am-7pm coverage and 1 in 3 Saturdays.

Qualifications

Training – No logistics or construction experience required; training provided.
Problem solving with team to meet daily challenges.
Resilience to handle new tasks calmly.
Curious to work with internal stakeholders to optimise assets.
Compassionate approach to customer requirements and fair communication.

Responsibilities

Learn and perform logistics allocator tasks through established training programs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximise network efficiency.
Provide high level customer service and logistics expertise.
Flex shifts to cover business hours (4am–7pm) and occasional Saturdays (1 in 3).
