Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Logistics Operator to manage end-to-end shipments for air/sea and import/export processes. The role involves handling bookings, documentation, and compliance while coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in freight forwarding, be proficient with Crane systems, and demonstrate initiative with non-routine tasks under guidance. Training may be provided to less experienced Operators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Freight Forwarding experience.
• Experience with EDI/ICS/Excel preferred.
• Experience with Import/Export Air/Ocean advantageous.
• Oil and gas/project freight forwarding experience advantageous.
• Proficient with Crane Worldwide systems (PO Management, Kewill, C-View).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international and domestic freight shipments, bookings and cartage.
• Track shipments and update milestones; confirm POD.
• Prepare and check documents for customs/quarantine compliance.
• Complete client requirements per SOPs; liaise with clients and vendors.
• Liaise with overseas offices and internal departments; manage contracts.
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures.
