Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in import sea freight operations within the logistics industry.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant freight management systems.
• Familiarity with sea cargo automation processes.

Responsabilités

• Track and monitor sea freight shipments from origin to destination.
• Obtain all necessary shipment documentation for clearance.
• Utilize ICS and CargoWise for accurate shipment data entry.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and clients.
• Resolve issues related to customs delays or document discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable customs regulations.
• Manage workload to meet strict deadlines.
