Qualifications

• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg and stand/walk for long shifts.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Foster health and safety culture and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Oversee daily departmental tasks and staff performance.
• Conduct staff debriefs and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Operate in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Allocate tasks to meet daily performance targets and maintain workflow.
• Manage staffing levels, attendance, and training needs for your area.
• Onboard and train new associates to ensure task readiness.
• Track, analyze and report metrics with Area and Operations Managers.
• Identify factors impacting achievement of objectives and gaps.
• Monitor associate hours and schedules and report defects timely.
