Job summary

TasWater is seeking a permanent, full-time Logistics Services Coordinator in the Operational Support Services team. You will coordinate fleet, facilities, stores and related services to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across TasWater.

Based in Hobart, the role offers a salary of 113,918.64 to 120,247 inclusive of superannuation. You’ll collaborate with contractors and internal stakeholders, manage service requests, track work orders, and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, fleet, facilities, or contract coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Experience working with contractors and managing service agreements.
• Understanding of compliance, safety, and risk management.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and asset/facilities systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics service requests to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and track work orders, contractor performance, and outcomes.
• Maintain systems to manage assets, facilities, and service records.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver services.
• Undertake site inspections to identify maintenance and improvement opportunities.
• Support contract management activities including service agreements and renewals.
• Contribute to reporting, continuous improvement, and logistics process enhancements.
