Central Highlands Water is seeking a Team Leader for Stores, Facilities & Fleet to drive safe, reliable and cost‑effective services across the organisation. You will lead Stores, Fleet and Facilities operations, delivering improved inventory management, governance and service delivery in a community-focused public sector.

Qualifications

• Experience leading stores, warehousing, logistics, fleet or facilities operations.
• Proven ability to implement operational improvements in inventory management and governance.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and fleet lifecycle.
• Experience managing budgets, procurement activities, contracts and supplier relationships.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with stakeholder engagement experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to the facilities team with support, empowerment and accountability.
• Oversee Stores, Fleet and Facilities to deliver safe, efficient services.
• Lead transformation of stores with modern inventory practices and digital systems.
