Job summary

Nufarm is seeking a Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support the Seeds business in Horsham, Australia. You will coordinate seed transfers, ensure stock availability and partner with Customer Service, Warehouse, Production and transport teams to enable timely deliveries.

We value problem-solving, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, growing company. Experience in inventory coordination and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating seed/inventory across multiple locations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate seed transfers between processors, warehouses and distribution points.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Production and transport partners.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels to meet customer demand and reduce shortages.
• Support end-to-end logistics activities and improve efficiency.

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to join our Seeds business based in Horsham.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring seed inventory is positioned in the right place at the right time to support customer demand across Australia. Working closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Production, Sales and transport partners, you'll help coordinate inventory movements, maintain stock accuracy and support the efficient delivery of seed to our customers.

How You'll Help Us Grow

Coordinate the transfer and movement of commercial seed between processors, warehouses and distribution locations.

Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse teams and transport providers to ensure inventory is available where and when it's needed.

Support inventory accuracy by coordinating stock counts, investigating discrepancies and reconciling variances.

Monitor inventory levels and help ensure stock is strategically positioned to meet customer demand.

Coordinate seed quality and vigour testing activities and maintain accurate inventory and quality records.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver efficient, cost-effective logistics outcomes.

Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and supply chain efficiency.

You're a detail-oriented and organised professional who enjoys keeping things moving and finding solutions to challenges. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and take pride in delivering accurate, timely outcomes.

You'll bring experience in inventory coordination, logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations, along with strong administrative and organisational skills. Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel will set you up for success. Agricultural or seed industry experience is advantageous, but your proactive mindset, collaborative approach and eagerness to learn are what matter most.
