We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Execution Manager to join our Manufacturing team based in Laverton North.
Reporting to the Engineering & Maintenance Lead, you'll be responsible for leading the site maintenance execution team and ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of all planned, preventative, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities across our Major Hazard Facility. Working closely with Operations, Planning, Reliability and Engineering, you'll play a critical role in maintaining asset integrity, improving plant performance and delivering successful shutdown and turnaround programs.
You're an experienced maintenance leader with a strong engineering background and a proven track record of delivering safe, reliable and efficient maintenance outcomes in complex manufacturing or process industry environments. A hands-on and visible leader, you thrive on leading frontline teams, driving operational performance and managing maintenance execution, shutdowns, turnarounds and asset integrity programs.
With an Engineering degree (and preferably holding a Charted Engineer status) and experience leading unionised workforces, supervisors, tradespeople and contractors, you're equally comfortable hands on in the plant and engaging with senior stakeholders. You're passionate about safety, developing people and delivering results in high-risk environments. Experience within a Major Hazard Facility (MHF), chemical manufacturing or other high-hazard industries, together with knowledge of Safety Case requirements and process safety management, leading a unionised site team will be highly regarded
