Job summary

Nufarm, a global crop protection and seeds technologies company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Seeds business in Australia. You will manage customer orders from receipt to fulfilment, act as a key contact for customers, sales and distribution, and partner with Supply Chain and Logistics to coordinate inventory and order requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or operations roles.
• Proven ability to manage orders end-to-end.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and inventory coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in agriculture, seeds, logistics or distribution environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfilment with accuracy.
• Serve as a primary contact for customer, sales and distribution enquiries.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Logistics and warehouse teams.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Resolve inquiries and service issues promptly while communicating updates.
• Maintain accurate customer, product and pricing data in CRM.
• Assist invoicing, credits and administrative tasks per policies.
• Identify process improvements to raise service levels.
