Job summary

Nufarm in Horsham is seeking a highly organised Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support seed inventory across Australia. You will work with Customer Service, Warehouse, Production, Sales and transport partners to move stock efficiently and maintain accuracy.

You will monitor inventory levels, coordinate transfers between processors and distribution locations, and support stock counts to meet customer demand with a proactive, collaborative approach within a growing Seeds business.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organised professional with strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience in inventory coordination, logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer and movement of seeds between processors, warehouses and distribution locations.
• Work with Customer Service, Warehouse teams and transport providers to ensure inventory is available where and when needed.
• Support inventory accuracy via stock counts, discrepancy investigations and variance reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and position stock to meet customer demand across Australia.
• Coordinate seed quality and vigour testing activities and maintain accurate inventory records.

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to join our Seeds business based in Horsham.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring seed inventory is positioned in the right place at the right time to support customer demand across Australia. Working closely with Customer Service, Warehouse, Production, Sales and transport partners, you'll help coordinate inventory movements, maintain stock accuracy and support the efficient delivery of seed to our customers.

How You'll Help Us Grow

Coordinate the transfer and movement of commercial seed between processors, warehouses and distribution locations.

Work closely with Customer Service, Warehouse teams and transport providers to ensure inventory is available where and when it's needed.

Support inventory accuracy by coordinating stock counts, investigating discrepancies and reconciling variances.

Monitor inventory levels and help ensure stock is strategically positioned to meet customer demand.

Coordinate seed quality and vigour testing activities and maintain accurate inventory and quality records.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver efficient, cost-effective logistics outcomes.

Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and supply chain efficiency.

You're a detail-oriented and organised professional who enjoys keeping things moving and finding solutions to challenges. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and take pride in delivering accurate, timely outcomes.

You’ll bring experience in inventory coordination, logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations ideally, along with strong administrative and organisational skills. Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel will set you up for success. Agricultural or seed industry experience is advantageous, but your proactive mindset, collaborative approach and eagerness to learn are what matter most.
