Qantas Road Express Pty Ltd (Jets) – Melbourne VIC is hiring an Operations Clerk on a casual basis at Melbourne Airport. You will manage daily and weekly booking capacity, handle customer inquiries, and create airway bill connotes with accuracy.

You’ll liaise with drivers and ensure freight documentation is complete and correct. The ideal candidate brings experience in transport and logistics, strong communication skills, and solid Microsoft Office expertise.

JETS Transport Express is the premium road transport provider to the aviation industry. As an Operations Clerk you will be responsible for ensuring daily and weekly booking capacity is effectively managed while delivering high-quality customer service. Duties include handling phone calls and customer enquiries, responding to emails, and accurately creating connotes for airway bill bookings. The position also involves maintaining transport documentation, verifying system charges, and ensuring freight accuracy. Regular liaison with truck drivers on the docks is required when manifesting freight and coordinating truck movements.

You'll have -
