Job summary

FormDirect is seeking an experienced Dispatch & Inwards Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Dispatch, Goods Inwards, Warehouse, Yard and Delivery functions. • Proven experience leading Dispatch, Inwards, Warehouse teams in a relevant environment.

• Willingness to assist with warehouse and yard operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all dispatch, deliveries, collections and logistics communication.
• Plan, coordinate and execute customer deliveries and orders.
• Lead and develop the Dispatch and Goods Inwards team and ensure safety and accountability.
• Coordinate drivers, vehicles and freight providers to meet deadlines.
• Maintain professional customer interaction and proactive issue resolution across teams.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and effective coordination with Warehouse and Yard.
