Pool Pro is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to oversee transport and distribution activities, ensuring accurate and timely customer deliveries. You will manage the fleet, coordinate external freight, monitor costs and service levels, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve excellent outcomes.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, continuous improvement, and compliance across WHS and chain of responsibility, with relocation plans to a new facility on the horizon.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Transport Planner or Logistics Coordinator.
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of freight and distribution processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport and distribution to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Schedule daily truck runs and book freight with providers.
• Monitor costs, service levels and vehicle utilization.
• Liaise with drivers, sales teams and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain safety and compliance with Workplace Health & Safety rules.
• Identify continuous improvements to cut costs and boost efficiency.
