Job summary

Stratco is looking for a Logistics Administrator based in Ormeau. This permanent, full-time role involves hands-on logistics support on a busy floor, coordinating despatch, documentation and internal communications.

You will prepare manifests, manage records, generate performance data for management, and assist with audits while upholding safety requirements. A collaborative, accuracy-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven accuracy and attention to detail in a busy operational environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office with data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily truck manifests and despatch documents.
• Respond to despatch enquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Handle incoming calls and assist with operational coordination.
• Communicate customer and operational issues across departments.
• Prepare operational reports and performance data for management.
• Support safety, compliance and quality audits.
• Maintain accurate records and administration systems.
• Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up required actions.
