Job summary

Stratco is seeking a People & Performance Coordinator to join our Ormeau team on a full-time basis. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle activities and HR administration while collaborating with leaders across manufacturing, logistics, retail and corporate teams to foster a positive employee experience.

The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, office administration or a similar support role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• A professional, proactive and confidential approach to your work.
• A genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources.
• Experience working within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, construction, trades or other operational environments will be highly regarded.
• Qualifications or studies in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate communication and interview coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and general people administration.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Prepare employment documentation and correspondence.
• Respond to employee and manager enquiries.
• Support reporting, projects and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide general administration support and occasional reception coverage.
