Job summary

Sanitarium Health Food Company, an Australian-owned FMCG leader, is seeking expressions of interest for a Customer Service Representative in the Logistics business unit. You will help ensure smooth processing of domestic and international customer orders and deliver exceptional service.

Key duties include SAP order processing, coordinating with ISPs and Account Managers, maintaining SAP master data, and supporting DC leaders with timely information to keep operations running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Experience in transport/warehousing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders in SAP for domestic and international customers.
• Liaising with ISPs and Account Managers to meet customer needs.
• Addressing and following up on short supplies and ensuring correct coding in SAP.
• Supporting DC leaders with customer-related information for smooth operations.
• Assisting with project improvements, system upgrades, and non-food deliveries.
• Maintaining SAP master data and ensuring work instructions are up to date.
