Lineage Logistics in Australia is seeking a motivated Logistics Administrator for our new Perth-area facility at the airport precinct to support customers, operations and warehouse teams.

You will manage orders, data entry, documentation and stock movements while collaborating with transport, sales and compliance colleagues.

A detail‑driven, proactive communicator with strong Office skills and experience in logistics systems is essential to help Lineage deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Previous administration, customer service or logistics support experience
• Acute attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
• A proactive approach to problem solving
• Confidence working across multiple systems and priorities
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with warehouse, transport or logistics systems will be highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Developing positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Processing customer orders and operational documentation
• Accurate and timely data entry
• Supporting stock receipt and dispatch administration
• Purchase order reconciliation
• Transport and logistics administration
• Reviewing operational reports and identifying discrepancies
• Assisting with export and import documentation
• Ordering office and warehouse consumables
• Coordinating labour bookings as required
• Supporting revenue management activities through accurate administration
• Contributing to process improvement initiatives
• Maintaining compliance with food safety, quality and Chain of Responsibility requirements
