Job summary

SC Medical in Australia seeks an entry-level logistics administrator to process orders, coordinate shipments, and support our biomedical service operations.

You will handle inbound/outbound orders, prep invoices, RMAs, and assist with customs documentation while maintaining accurate records and timely reporting. A detail-focused, organized mindset is essential for this role in a hybrid office/warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administration and data entry.
• Confidence managing a high-volume, repetitive workload while staying organised.
• Ability to prioritise changing workloads and respond to different levels of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming orders for medical equipment and supplies.
• Accurately pick, pack and dispatch outbound shipments.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices.
• Generate repair request forms and RMAs.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple freight providers.
• Prepare commercial invoices for international shipments and assist with customs clearance docs.
• Monitor shipment turnaround times and update records.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and initiate reorders.
• Maintain up-to-date database records and timely job/shipment status updates.
• Prepare monthly shipment reports and maintain a clean office/warehouse environment.
