Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Australia is seeking a motivated Logistics Administrator for our new Perth-area facility at the airport precinct to support customers, operations and warehouse teams.

You will manage orders, data entry, documentation and stock movements while collaborating with transport, sales and compliance colleagues.

A detail‑driven, proactive communicator with strong Office skills and experience in logistics systems is essential to help Lineage deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Previous administration, customer service or logistics support experience
• Acute attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
• A proactive approach to problem solving
• Confidence working across multiple systems and priorities
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with warehouse, transport or logistics systems will be highly regarded

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the facility by acting as the key link between customers and operational teams. You'll provide administrative support across warehouse, transport and customer service functions while ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently.
